NTSC is the analog television system in use in Canada, Japan, South Korea, the Philippines, the United States, and some other countries, mostly in the Americas. It is named for the National Television Standards Committee, the U.S. standardization body that adopted it.
It probably won't work with your UK TV... as long as it's region free the 360 won't care.

NTSC and PAL are types of xbox. you just need to find out what type it is. just check on ur xbox somewhere, and then u have to only play games that are your type---u r not limited to certain games only, u can play every single one, but it has to say ur type on the back of the cover of the game coz then it might break ur xbox... plus you have to check your tv too!
