Hell yes, I do! She was driving with a suspended license plus her blood alcohol was over the limit. Why shouldn't she be treated like everyone else? I think I read or heard somewhere that she IS going to serve SOME time, but it ain't going to be no 45 days or whatever it was. It angers me that these faux celebrities think they're so above us *little people* that they can do anything they want without consequences while WE have to pay for the wrong things we do.

Paris is in jail...in her own mind. i don't know her but i know that she is capable of so much more with her abilities that she shouldn't use hollywood as a way to promote beauty. by the way if people take the time to do some research they will learn that she isn't as rich as they think she is and she is in fact the one making her family the money.

I think her parents should go to jail right along with her. They are both a disgrace. The sad thing about people like this is that women who really want children can't have them. They lay awake at night and cry over it. Yet, jackasses like these people have them, neglect them by worrying only about themselves, and then release them on the world.

If this were you or I we would have lost our licenses all together and went to jail on top of it all. The media needs to stop showing her stupid a** on the TV and worry about the real problems people are facing.

I guess for some people these are the kind of idiots they want their children to look up to. Sad... Very Sad...

Yeah ... "don't do the crime if you can't spend the time."

Surely, since so many people think of her as a role
model, she should serve the full punishment - so that
the maximum number of people see that "crime doesn't
pay".

Even if the jails are full, etc.

Frankly, I seriously doubt she will end up doing any time, and if so very little. I'm sure her parents are getting her the best counsel money can buy and will somehow get her out of this mess.

Yes she should.
Just like the rest of the world and she should have to clean the toilets too.

Yes, it was her responsibility to know what the rules of her probation was.

They think they can get away with anything.
She should serve her time
