there was a portugese woman who saw someone acting suspicious on the day madeleine went missing, she told them this and they didnt follow it up!
its the same in spain, if you're not from their country they dont really care.
i had my bag stolen there last year and they didnt give a s**t.
i know my bag is no where near as serious as this.
i just wish they would do something else.
