Carbon is double-bonded to Sulfur and single bonded to the two hydrogens. This satifies the octet rule for all atoms. The structure is trigonal planar.

It looks like the sp2 bonding structure, since there is a C=S bond indicated. This is an analogous compound to formaldehyde.
