Just back off. Not to sound harsh, but if you try and explain it to her, this is what will probably happen:
-You talk to her, but then she thinks you're just jealous
-She gets really defensive and starts accusing you of stupid stuff
-She stays with him just to rub it in your face
Now that would suck, huh? Anyway, chances are that she will learn her lesson the hard way. The hard way isn't the fun way, but it does make a good impression and she probably won't have the same issue again.
As for now, just deal with it. Whenever she brings up her current guy, change the topic to whatever guy you like. That way, you're still talking about guys, so she doesn't feel like you're TRYING to throw her off. Plus, what kinda girl isn't distracted by finding out about her friends crush?

It's really up to your friend. You can tell her about your concerns, and she may just ignore them. Sometimes people need to get hurt to learn. In the end, if she is hurt by this guy, she'll remember what you told her, and your friendship should strengthen because of it.

Leave it alone. If she is desperate, she will put up with him, and dislike any attempts on your part to intervene. If she truly likes the guy, then she will resent you interfering.

Tell her how stupid she is being, and if she does not listen just be there for her if everything falls apart. Try to resist the urge to tell her "I told you so!"
