As someone with a lot of life experience, I would advise you to just deal with it. All through your life, you're going to experience people who get on your nerves, and unless you're willing to keep changing jobs, changing friends, changing dry cleaners, WHATEVER, every few days, you'll be better off to have just learned to ignore the people who bug you and move on.

I know that's probably not the answer you were hoping for, but it will serve you well in your future.

It depends upon how the teacher gets on your nerves, but you haven't said that the teacher particularly does anything wrong, just that s/he bothers you. Obviously, if the teacher is doing something clearly wrong (like sexually harassing you or calling you racist names), you need to report him/her to the department chair or whomever his/her supervisor is.

If s/he is just annoying, however, you need an attitude adjustment, because the world is full of annoying people, and we have to learn to live with them. Learn to laugh at what bothers you (when I was in law school, I had two really annoying classmates who kept showing off by asking stupid questions just to hear the sounds of their own voices. A friend and I played hangman, adding a feature to our drawings every time they spoke, and taking great pleasure out of seeing the little figures complete. We laughed over it, and it helped us to mind less when it happened). if something they are doing makes it hard for you to learn, you can suggest that you realize they have the right to teach the course their way, but you know that you learn best if XXX happens (such as a summary at the end of class of what the key points were, or an outline is given before the final, or the professor turns around to face the class while speaking, etc.), and you were wondering if they might consider doing something like that. Make it clear that you aren't saying that they are doing something wrong, just that your learning would be helped if something else happened.

Ask yourself, why he/she gets on your nerves. Is it something that could be "remedied" by talking to him/her? Why endure your class with an unresolved problem like this. Open venues for you to resolve it. Don't close your doors. Be open to his/her ideas. Have a heart to heart talk to him/her, try to make a compromise. Learning is supposed to be fun. Who knows, after talking to him/her , you might turn out to be the best of friends? There is no harm in trying.

Be thankful! About 25% of the people you work with and work for in the future will be annoying. You get a chance to develop the ability to not shoot yourself in the foot just because you don't like someone

stay calm and act right. It's just part of growing up. Learn to grow "nerves of steel". Grow up faster. Teacher not there to please you, but to teach you. How dare you say they get on your nerves. Who are you, and what have you done to be so great?

You just tolerate it, accept that they are as they are, and don't get on their bad side because you want a good grade, right? Remember you aren't with them 24 hours a day, only for short periods of time.
