couple of ways to do this. one is to use gasoline to break it down. just pour some one and use a scrub brush to break it free. most will just dissovle. then take some liquid laundry detergent and scrub loose all the petroleum now floating on your driveway. a second way is to use muriatic acid. this will clean it really nicely. be sure to follow safety precautions when using the acid or the gas. heres to a clean driveway.

Please go to your local hareware store.Pick up a bottle of greased lighting.Pour it straight on the stain and it will lift the oil out of the concrete.When done wash off with a garden hose.Greased lighting will not harm grass or plants.

use kitty litter, powdered clay el cheapo, rub it in to the concrete with your feet, or a stiff heavy broom, should only take a few minutes, you`ll know your done when all of the stain dis-appears. repeat as needed

Try pour-n-restore...local hardware stores might carry it or order online....works really good for me.
