Well you can go to department stores depending on where you live like: JC Penney, Macys, Sears, Nordstrom, Bloomingdales, Lord & Taylor, Dillards, DEB, and
Torrid(plus sizes). They all got them.
And these stores even has nice dresses online.

Prom has really lost its poofy dress look, girls go dressing a lot more casual , which is cute too. Try stores as Forever 21, H&M, Charlotte Russe, and Macy. Remember the first couple of stores are really budget savers, and carry cute things...

David's is a formal wear shop that has formal dresses, at really cheap prices, they advertise from time to time really great sales. Most cities have a David's Formal wear shop.
