no sorry no big deal.. i am just a mom, and just wanted something more than nothing. not really nothing cause i know how much they love me, but after all my preps for the day, for my inlaws, and my husband didnt make sure my boys had something, let alone nothing prepared or said i was crushed come crash time. i spent so long in the kitchen cooking and cleaning. none of the other mothers lifted a finger to help. it was gourmet food i cooked myself. (awesome if you want some recipe.) i am better now. i am usually tough as nails. must me hormonal/ lol thanks again

Sorry your mother's day was so bad. I have had a few that weren't so happy myself, so i can relate. So one day next week declare it your day off...no cooking, no laundry, no cleaning, and spend it doing something you want to do...even if it is nothing more than a coffee at the mall, or reading a book in a bubble bath. Buy yourself a bouquet of flowers, then plan out what you and your boys can do for father's day that is very very expensive.

Hon, I'm sorry you're feeling so sad! What made you feel like this? There are different degrees of sadness and depression ( I have clinical depression) and I can probably guess how you're feeling about now. I don't know you, so I don't want to steer you in the wrong direction here, so let me think. Sometimes when I'm sad, I call a Crisis Hotline, and talk over my problem and why I'm feeling unhappy, and they give me advice, and I usually feel better. But if that's not for you, I would take a drive - get out- get some fresh air. Or take a nice relaxing bath and have a glass of wine. Sometimes, being around a lot of people makes you put things into perspective. I wish you the best of luck. Hope you are feeling better. :o)

Maybe you should try talking about why you are so sad
it helps a lot and makes you feel better
if you need anyone you can talk to me
i'll listen and give you some advice
if you dont want to do that you can either:
try clearing your head and write down whats wrong
listening to music
walking around
or
just crying and letting it out

Make yourself get out everyday, even if it's to walk around in the front yard, or go to the store for eggplants...Just keep yourself up and don't let yourself fall victim to the depression devils.

OK, knock it off, and go take a nice quiet walk, and be happy, and let go of all the thinking about being sad. You need a distraction now, so off you go............

Yes.
What was the question?
Oh why don't I lend you an invisible porcupine, a prickly companion to cheer you up. Just don't try to cuddle it, o.k.?
