How u do i refinish my ford expeditions cladding???

a fried of mine just told me that i should refinish my trucks cladding, you know the plastic side panel on top of the running boards? she said that the heat destroyed it:)) is there a way to fix it?? he said that there is a chemical to place on it, i would just have to remove the cladding and paint over it... i forgot what the name was:))) could anyone help me???

Please go to your local auto parts store.Tell them what you need and the will give you a bottle of plastic restorer to correct the sun damage to your truck.
