dynamo pro 600w? Is it a legit brand or something generic trying to pass itself as branded?

I had an old HP Pavilion that had the 300w version in it. It lasted for a good seven years until lightning hit the house and fried it along with most of the rest of the electronics in the house. So I would guess that it is legit.

It started out as the generic Dynamo w/ NO certification markings (such as CE, FCC, UL, TUV, Nemko, etc.). The new Dynamo Pro has some certification markings. The markings mean that they comply w/ standards of safety and reliability. Do not expect it to come close to the performance of an Enermax, Antec, Seasonic, OCZ, etc.

If you run any power supply at less than 80% load, it will run cooler and last longer.
