There is a difference between thinking and feeling. You think that someone is doing something incorrectly. You might have many different feelings about your belief from joy about the screw-up, anger about incompetence, pleasure at having noticed, and so on..

the word feel has many meanings, uses and tenses of the word.
this applies to feeling too
