I think people are entitled to their own decisions in life and so i would never try to change another person´s mind, because i think that is all up to them. And the only time i would actually try, would be if i thought that this person would get into trouble by doing what they´re planning to do or if this person was just killing themselves with work or something like that and wouldnt give themselves even a small break. And i´ve realized pretty much basically everytime that its hopeless for me to try, because i very rarely make enough of an impression to change anyone´s mind....and i realize its time to stop after ive tried explaining why its better to try something another way, after my advice as been rejected a few times....then i just tell them, that im there for them if they need me and i´ll support whatever they think is the best decision for them.

Very often. Trying to change someone else's mind rarely works.

I never come from the intent to change another persons mind. I only ask them to make aware decisions.

Well it is not up to us to change another persons mind, they must come to change on their own accord so that they actually learn.

I never try to change someone's mind, everyone is entitled to what they believe and what they want to do. I can't change someone's mind for them they have to want to change their mind.

When their reasoning breaks down into "the Bible says so." Then I laugh at them and go, why does it say so and their reasons is because it says so! Lol, I love arguing with religious people they are so silly.
But I try to remember that even though it is fun to mock them they still could easily be right.

you really can't change a person's mind. you can present them with facts or your opinion on something, but ultimately they have to CHOOSE to change their mind.
