Why would you want him to stop spraying for bedbugs? Do you like bedbugs? No there isn't anything you can do to stop him. That is his property. He can do anything he wants to his property as long as he gives you notice first.

I don't think you can, but check your lease to see if it has anything to say about it.

Besides, if he is spraying, it means someone is infested, and the only way to stop the infestation is to spray ALL the units, otherwise, all the bugs won't be killed, and the complex will become reinfested shortly.

Begbugs are nasty things that need to be dealt with. Take a few moments to do a web search on bedbug infestations - they're becoming quite the health hazaard nationally.

No. Why would you want to??

One of the duties of a landlord is to provide a place that's fit for human habitation. Keeping it free of infestation is one of his duties. There has been a resurgence of bedbugs in the US over the past few years and landlords need to stay on top of the problem.

Ick! You need to let them spray, bedbugs are sooo nasty, and if you opt out for just your apartment, then the bedbugs and other creepy crawlys will just move in with you. The are difficult to get rid of once they have a foothold, so good luck with you. I would be moving!
