how do I work for foreign companies with auto cad or solid work..?and I can send them projects with internet?

Go to the websites of the companies you are interested in and check out their 'careers' or "work with us' page to see if there are any open positions for which you are eligible. You can ususally submit your resume via email, or they might provide a telephone or fax number. Don't worry about sending your projects unless they ask for them, and if they do, they will tell you how they want to receive it - they may have an ftp site, or other preference.
