I don't think that the suspension is long enough. The NFL has an image, and kids look up to these players. So is it good for a little kid to go into a strip club, and start a fight? OR start shooting people? The NFL players have changed, so why can't the NFL? It's just like the Constitution. Just because the situation never arose, doesn't mean that there can't be an amendment added. It's about time the league is doing something about this whole deal. And more importantly, it's not obsessively annoying like all of the drug charges STILL going on.

honestly i think of percentman's punishment must additionally contain a three 365 days probahation era as quickly as he's authorized to come again lower back.So if he comes to a decision to do something stupid then he will understand he will might desire to stand some severe outcomes. it truly is the only way he is going to income. His gotten in hassle too many cases and he's fortunate no person died in his Vegas incident in any different case that could have been the top of his profession or perchance he might have pulled a Ray Lewis. additionally keep in mind that's a guy that pronounced the NFL desires greater "thugs". as much as now as Henry i think of his punishment is sturdy because of the fact keep in mind he became additionally punished by using the coach. yet i dont understand what he became thinking for being alcohol for some underage people understanding that persons understand his interior the NFL. optimistically he learns. i think of the NFL needs to have stricter policies. they might desire to have a minimum of an 8 recreation suspension for participant discovered accountable of a criminal and a pair of recreation suspension of any participant discovered accountable of a misdeamnor apart from site visitors tickets.

Yes and no. Yes because what he did was wrong and he was a repet offender. But no becasue he is not the first person to do something wrong or even frowned oppon in/outside the NFL. And he is deffintly not the person who has done the worst thing. Honestly i thought it should have been half a seasons w/out pay susspension and a 50,000 dollar fine.

No it wasnt, this kid doesnt learn and doesnt want to. He apologized to the fans and says how much he has learned from his mistakes and then gets busted doing 79 in a 55 days from meeting the commish. This happends at nearly 1 AM. Come on this kid doesnt care about the league, is team, his fans or anything but himself. Selfish little thug, should have banned for two years maybe life,

If it were me, he would be flipping burgers or to be in jail.

Naw cause he's just another young guy with more talent in his pinky finger than the entire state of Tennesee but would rather live the life of a thug. Players like him is what gives the NFL a bad name.

It was excessive, and the NFL is doing it for all the wrong reasons. They just care about making it seem like they are "tough on crime" or whatever to improve their PR. If Pacman wasn't as famous as he is and he was still doing the same illegal stuff, I bet he wouldn't even get suspended at all.

I think it was excessive mostly because he didn't even actual do anything. It was someone in his entourage.

From what I hear he's going to sue the NFL over this, so it should probably be overturned.

Professional Athletes are role models if they like it or not. I think that there needs to be stricter rules in place for their behavior. He should be happy that he was only suspended, and not booted out of the game all together.

No. It isn't. The guy was continuing to get in trouble, and then even went to a strip club the night before meeting with the comissioner. A guy was paralized from the waist down by somebody in his entourage. There have to be consequences.
