Is it possible that a Pakistan sim can be used in Dubai?

And if its possible.... will that sim when used internationally appears as it came from what? Pakistan or Dubai?

If your mobile service provider in Pakistan will support the roaming facility for Dubai, then definitely you can make calls from Dubai. If it is possible, then the incoming number will be displayed to the caller's mobile as you are calling from Pakistan (the country of origin).
