Depends.
I live in the Midwest. We've been hit by lots of Floods and Tornado's lately, which is pretty typical for this time of the year. When you say "Raining" to us, it can have a different meaning.
If it's raining with lots of Flooding/Tornado Warnings, then no, I don't sleep better, I'm up all night scared the house will flood or get swept away.
If it's a typical, light rain, I generally sleep better.

H*** no! the rain keeps me awake. It is loud and annoying. Every one else in my house is always sleeping good when it rains.

Oh yes I love it...hearing the rain..thunder so relaxing..and also great for other things....!
And love to sit out on my patio..and watch the rain..love it!

I get quite horny when its raining for some reason, sighhhh, esp if there is a bit of thunder as well. It takes my mind off being scared!
