Could you be brushing your tooth too aggressively and injuring the gum tissue? This might purpose your gums to bleed. You don't ought to brush difficult or with a difficult enamel brush with a purpose to have a blank mouth. Could be your mouth rinse additionally. You quite ought to comply with up together with your dentist. If he/she are not able to repair the drawback, then uncover yet another one. You can have gum sickness and if this is the case, it demands to be dealt with. If you do not deal with it, then you are going to undergo enamel loss.

My gums bled when I was pregnant and the dentist said it was because I was having a girl...and I did! Second pregnancy was the same...and another girl, third pregnancy was twins, my gums bled a bit but not as much as before...I had a girl and a boy!

oh yeah! when you're pregnant your body goes a little crazy with the hormones and trying to keep the "bad stuff" away. and ur mouth is the dirtiest place on you. so your gums will become sensitive even a bit swollen sometimes and bleed. i had braces and mine were always bleeding and my gums even receded a bit too.

as long as you have been to the dentist resently then its fine, when you are pregnant there is extra bloodflow everywhere including your gums. Just be sure to have a dentist apointment during your pregnancy, perferably in the begining. any kind of infection including gingivitis can be dangerous to your baby.

Increased blood volume and sensitive membranes are the reason (same culprits are behind bleeding after sex). You may want to consult your dentist to rule out gingivitis, my dentist told me that a recent study found a link between gingivitis and low birth weight.
