how do u make a plaster of paris mold of a hollywood star???????

I don't think you'd be allowed to, but the way to do it would be to cover it with plastic wrap, mix your plaster, and just dump it on. Let it harden, pull it off, peel away the plastic wrap, and the star will be imprinted in the plaster.

no one in hollywood is going to let you put plaster on the stars on the sidewalk, and i doubt anyone is going to put their hands in your plaster, so forget it.
