Which pokemon evolve using evolution stones?

Question

I know some of the evolutions, like pikachu into raichu, but what about the other evolution stone users? I would like to have access to a list of ALL the Pokemon that use evolution stones. It needs to include Pokemon from Diamond and Pearl.

Pikachu = Thunder Stone
Nidorina = Moon Stone
Nidorino = Moon Stone
Clefairy = Moon Stone
Vulpix = Fire Stone
Jigglypuff = Moon Stone
Gloom = Leaf Stone and Sun Stone
Growlithe = Fire Stone
Exeggcute = Leaf Stone
Eevee = Fire Stone, Leaf Stone and/or Thunder Stone
Sunkern = Sun Stone

Happiny = evolves only in the day and only if an Oval Stone is attached to it

Togetic = Shiny Stone
Roselia = Shiny Stone
Murkrow = Dusk Stone
Misdreavus = Dusk Stone
male Kirlia = Dawn Stone
female Snorunt = Dawn Stone

Using an evolution stone will increase the stats but it could also make the pokemon specialize in a different stat that it origionally did before. ( For example, say Eevee specializes in Special Defense, using a water stone would make it specialize in Special Attack.)

I dont know a whole list of them but i know Eve is one of them.for example,you could use a moon stone to turn it into a Umbreon.
