If you need the driver you can get it on HP's site

If you want a different ethernet card just about anywhere computers are sold will have a PCI NIC.
Office Depot, Office Max, CompUSA, Circuit City, etc all will have them. Just ask for a PCI ethernet card.

You can purchase a NIC card just about anywhere that computers and computer supplies are sold. If you are using XP just plug the card into any open PCI slot and boot Windows. XP will see the card and install a driver for it.
