No. Defragmentation is like organizing a filing cabinet.
But it's a good idea to do a disc cleaning before defrag. What's the point of organizing trash?

No you wont, what defrag does is simple, it simply reindex your files on the computer, putting all the files in a more logical location, so when Windows needs something, it will read all the files in one continues location, rather than a bit here, a bit there....

No, defrag merely tidies up your hard disc making it run quicker.

No, all it does is move files around so your PC can find the files it needs faster instead of looking all over your hard drive.
