....when your internet goes down for more than three days.? I use broadband, so what could that mean?

..This has been happening to me a lot recently.

you didn't pay your bill? call your ISP and ask them if they are having problems they can help you find out what is happening,but sounds like they are doing upgrades maybe.

If you're using a cable connection, call your internet service provider's tech support and have them check the signal strength. They can do that over the phone. Modems go bad after a few years and the cabling in your home can be bad also, leading to frequent outages. Your cable provider can investigate all of this easily.

No, I doubt it is normal. My internet has been out at most for only a couple of hours. Have you contacted your ISP yet?

Get you another Internet provider. Sounds like what you got
is not to hot.
Go to your Phone Service and get the internet.

No it's not normal. You have to contact your provider. Keep a log re hours it's down, etc. You should get a discount. I have. good luck.

Erica, normally line fault, or faulty modem/router is first place I look
