Okieee so im not that great w/ computers but im sorta gettin the hang of it. well, i've been wondering how do you put sayings/names/ phrases...things lyk that on pictures thats on your computer??

Open Paint and then you can select Text usually a big T and write whatever you want. It is not stupid question, nobody knew too muvh when they started ...

You need a graphics editor like Photoshop or GIMP. Photoshop is expensive and has a rather big learning curve. Gimp is free and has a rather large learning curve. You can download GIMP at the following web site:

get vicman photo editor software. its free and it has a caption program installed in it.
