are people really that twisted? could you ever be that selfish? and could you do what natalie portman's character 'alice' did? who was more devious? and am i the only one that laughs during the scene with julia roberts and clive owen where he's egging her on to tell him intimate details of her affair with jude law?

The movie was okay, the real brilliance lies in the play. So much better. Lots of differences from the movie.

And yes, I would assume people really are that twisted.

But in the play, Alice dies. She doesn't take off to New York and tramp around the streets.

I LoVe that movie!! People are that twisted! I couldn't be selfish like that. I love the same scene, I laugh so hard!

Very good movie. Everybody thought there will be freakin' hot sex in the movie but there was none.
