This wedding is fairly casual, and since I'm almost 5'11" I don't want to wear a really high heel. Three inch would be about the max I'd want. Can the shoe color be something other than blue or white? I'm not that fond of white shoes.
The dress is a medium size print, and a simple style.

try a neutral. Beige, taupe, mocha...something in the same color family as the shade of stockings you'd buy (matching skin tone).

umm.. well i wouldnt suggest doing a diiferent color than blue or white cuz then it wouldnt match, but i would suggest maybe yellow sandal, tht looks like a flip flop but it has a tiny little heel on the bottom, tht should really work with tht dress since wearing a flip flop isnt acceptable for a wedding AND the heel is very small!!! good luck (i would suggest a blue shoe though)

Wear silver, gold, black, natural, or navy strappy dress sandals [ you can get some with a low heel pretty easily ]. Add a clutch that matches the shoes or the dress,
a wrap/shawl/lace jacket, and you'll look great - and all the accessories can be worn on other formal occasions.

Find a comfortable, white sandal or wedge.
At 5' 11" you can wear whatever you like and stand proud and tall ... you'll look great!
IF you are talking about a deep navy blue, you could try red shoes.

i think a simple lace up wedge would be best. i should know because i'm 5'8" so have no fear. wedges would be a good buy but for the color you can wear black with a straw heel but only if you wear other black acessories. purse jewelry purse etc.

the shoes should be white...but if you dont want white then....gosh..i dont really think theres any color that matches with blue and white...
and the heel?1 or 2" is fine .. i guess..

work with a slingback shoe in blue, pale pink, black, or white
only use black if you have to
