Get what you can afford. The first time I went, I got a massage, facial, and manicure. I recommend all three.
[ I fell asleep three times during the manicure! ]
Teen facials can be great - they steam, cleanse, extract some zits, tone and moisturize. They also give skin care tips like what to add to your skin care routine, and skin type.
Buy some Aquaphor or vitamin E cream and rub it into your nails and toenails, twice a day. This will help your nails and heal your cuticles.
They sanitize the footbaths at the spas, and use warm water.
That should help prevent 'blue toes'.
Your nails might be too short for a french mani or pedi, but the manicurist will tell you so. Pick a second solid color option, just in case.

you're still young so a facial is not really recommended. french tips look better on longer nails. however, you could actually have hand and feet spa treatment so that you can have your hand and feet pampered. have a dermatologist check what's wrong with the skin of your toes so that you be given a medication and don't be embarassed about it. in foot bath at spas, high end spas or those spas that actually give good service actually have their foot baths sterilized so you don't have to worry about it.

If you have a facial they will probably know which one will be best for your skin type and age. They have to go to school to that type of work. It's not that un-normal for a teenager to have missing chunks of skin it does heal an it happens to other people to. It's not that sanitary though to get a pedicure or use their foot bath equipment either.

You should really get a mani, and pedicure. Facials are good too. They can probably fix the problem. Maybe you should tell the person who helps you about your toe problem too. Have fun! ^^

I think that you should get your feet done because if your feet are turning blue you definitely have to get your toes done. An you should feel normal because peoples feet be looking worse. They should fix up your feet.
