Yard work, running errands, or babysitting I guess. If you know a lot about computers and know older people who don't charge to help them on their computers.

OK well I'm a money-rich time-poor working adult and if I wanted to pay someone to help me out I would want them to do the things I don't have time to do. Like filing my correspondence, cataloguing my video collection, doing my shopping, cleaning my apartment, putting my books in order, walking my dog if I had one, learning my new camcorder and showing me how to do it in a few minutes, etc. etc. you get the picture. But I wouldn't and couldn't get just anyone to do this stuff for me because a lot of it is personal. So it would have to be a relative or someone I knew well.
So what I advise you to do is to ask around your family, and people you know well, if they have any stuff they don't have time to do, and get them to pay you to do it. If you're good at it, you might even be able to get a small business going. Where I live there's a huge need for someone to do this kind of thing and I think there's a gap in the market.
Hope this works out :-)

I know some fast food places will hire at that age or you could have a newspaper route or do lawn work.

Yard work; cutting grass, trimming. Strengthens muscles, and pay is usually better than at McDonald's
