Quantum Physics? Does anybody know this experiment?

Ok, the other day somebody posted a question about a Japanese scientist who did an experiment where he exposed water to different thoughts and then gave them to plants to see if they had an effect on the plants. Does anybody else know this experiment? The guys name, a link to information on the experiment. I really want to know more about it but can't find any info on it.
