I've heard this prediction. I think it's based on Nostradamus or the Bible Code (a book written a few years back) or something like that. Christ told us that no one could know the day or the hour that the master would return (that's from the Bible). So don't worry about these predictions. People have been predicting the end of the world every year since Christ's time. You can't live your life in fear.
I was a child during the Cold War, and my home was less than a one mile radius away from a big air force base. I just knew that at any time someone would start dropping atomic bombs on us, so I know what you are feeling. We never know when our lives will end. Just live each day to the fullest and prepare for the future like you are going to live to be 100. Don't listen to alarmists and soothsayers. Have a nice life.

According to the Maya calendar there will be a new age starting. Which means an old age will end. Of course that's only if the Maya's were correct in their prediction. In the meantime I wouldn't worry too much about that. Besides, at 13 I'd be more concerned about my schooling and what I was going to do over the summer vacation if I were you! Chill.....it's almost summer!

No one knows the day,time ,or second but God above when that time is.Events leading up to that time show it gets closer,but to the exact time no one can predict it.And if they did it would only be a guess at best and then all would be over anyway.Don't worry about something you have no control over and be happy and healthy at 13 and enjoy yourself at this age and time.You are not promised tomorrow no one is.Anyone of us could pass away right now ,get hit by a car,bullet,heart attack,lighting etc, so don't worry.It gives you wrinkles.Who wants wrinkles at your age ?

So people have proposed that the world is going to end multiple times and guess what, it never happens. Most of the dates come from religious fanatics and are based on absolutely nothing but somebody that likes to inject fear into people.
To the best of our knowledge, the world will indeed end, but rest assured, it will not be in your life time. We have at least a couple of million years left.

Predicting the apacolypse has been going on since Nero was throwing Christians to the lions, every turn of the Century, every end of the millenia, the 7th Day Adventists had their day in 1912, the Jim Jones cult and wacko in Waco both had their days, every passing of Haley's comet, eclipse of the sun and other end-of earth prophesies that i'm sure i missed.
One thing you can be sure of, the arsenals of the US and Russia can obliterate a million Hiroshimas.....anyway, sleep tight.

I heard that too, but no it isnt going to end in 2012.
But its true that California, Galveston TX, and South America is going to sink underwater in 30 years and become parts of the oceans of the Pacific and Atlantic.
The Government is working on building a machine that is over 1 million dollars and if it doesn't work, they're going to have to evacuate everyone out of the cities and states.
Scientists found something in the earths core that's making the states sink when they were in space, but dont worry, thats 30 years now now and you'll still be safe, no big deal.

Take this as proof. If it were why would people worry about quitting smoking? People would live up the last few years and make everywhere seem like a marriage between Vegas and New Orleans.

There is proof that the world may or may not come to an end.. most likely because of all the pollution that humans are giving to the ozone.. either..the world will fall apart..or It'll stay the same..there is no complete answer to the question

The Bible says no one knows the day or the hour. People have tried to predict when it will happen but no one knows for sure or will ever be able to predict for sure when it will happen. You just need to be ready when for when it happens. Accepting Christ into your life is the only way that you will go to Heaven. Don't put it off until the last minute, because no one knows when it will happen. It could happen one second from now or it could not happen until after your lifetime. But the signs of the times show it is coming closer.
