I am not sure if the auto parts store sells those or not. If you want it like new you may just need to buy a new socket. You could try a rubber washer used in plumbing.

Yes they can be replaced ( not sure where you would buy a replacement though )
The reason for the rubber being there is to grip & protect the porcelain on the spark plug , so there is really no benefit of just using the plug socket without the rubber sleeve .
A trick i sometimes use is to get some blue tack and pack it into the plug socket this then does the job of the worn rubber protector , just remember to re-mould the blue tack for each plug you remove to maintain the grip !

The primary reason for those is so you don't drop the plug when you are taking it out or putting it back in.Here is a tip you can use.Get a piece hose, like the kind used for vacuum or fuel line.Make sure the plug fits it.Loosen the plug with the socket then slip the hose over the end and remove it the the rest of the way. When installing them start the plug with the hose and then tighten with the socket. This way you cant drop the plug.

Depending on what type of engine you are working on the rubber sleeve may not even be necessary,it isn't in there to protect anything,it is to hold the plug in the socket while threading the new plug into a blind hole.If you aren't working on an overhead cam engine it probably isn't needed. If you do need one with the retainer a new spark plug socket is cheap.

As inexpensive as those sockets are, I doubt they sell replacement rubber protectors. You could check with your local auto parts store, but I doubt the entire socket would set you back more than $5.00 or so.

You probably need to replace the spark plug socket.

Yes they can be replaced. Usually you have to remove the valve cover to do so. They can be purchased in a kit along with the valve cover gasket and cost about $2-4 each. They can also be a major pain to get in and out of the valve cover (just a warning).

If you're talking about the rubber boot it comes with new spark plug wires.

well u don't really need it all it does is hold the sparkplug in the socket i don't usually keep it in. but i just keep one with and one without sometimes they just cause me to break the plug trying to get it off in tight places so i think it's best to have one without and one with.

I don't believe they sell that separately. A replacement socket is not expensive if yours has no warranty.
