Socialists are brave when confronting the people who protect them, but when threatened by those they know will kill them, even socialists hide behind the conservatives who they vilify. French socialist have awakened to smell the jihad after Paris burned. Hopefully America will not have to burn to wake the left up here.

The recent election in France proves that a majority of voters in France in this election chose that particular conservative over his opponent.

It proves nothing about socialists in the rest of the world, or voters in the rest of the world, or what the French will do next election.

You provide no evidence that the French voters were scared straight, whatever you mean by that.

There was nothing on the ballot about becoming a caliphate, nor is this something that's part of any European socialist platform.

Yes, conservatives are cowards. They'll vote for totalitarianism out of fear of a handful of terrorists. The French are proving as cowardly as American conservatives.
