Do you thin Bin Ladin's "Mission Accomplished" banner is bigger than W's?

Not quite yet. But once we run home with our tails' tucked and leave the people of Iraq staked to a post, then the larger then "W" banner will be unfurled.

Actually the mission accomplished, was in regard to capturing Baghdad, and not the end on the war on terror as many in the media elude too. If you listened to Bushes speech on the deck of the Aircraft carrier (I was there that day). You would know that he said: While major fighting in Iraq has ended, the war on terror will be a long journey".

I for one am glad to fight for our freedoms. We didn’t start this war, we did choose this fight. But I for one would rather have trained professionals fighting overseas to protect our freedoms, than to have innocent people in our country die.

All you here over here is our failures, but none of the achievements, the people of Iraq are happy we are here, even if the press back home doesn’t bother to report it. Bin Laden is not even in power anymore, when is the last time you have even heard him? He is most likely dead or severely wounded. But Bin Laden is irrelevant, Al Quada is losing member in droves, either through attrition or fear of fighting a real army.
Imagine if we abandoned Germany, Italy, France or Japan after WW2 because of casualties? Did you know that the Germans and Japanese simpered and ambushed American troops after their surrender in WW2?

All I ask is support you troops and nation instead of being ashamed of it; most of those who hate us in the world are either Jealous of our successes or hate our way of life. I willing to bet you’re a liberal democrat, am I right? Well ask yourself this question, who would Bin Laden Kill first a 1) a gay black progressive liberal. or 2) a conservative white male? The answer is the Gay black man who is more at odds with his sick religious beliefs. And as with all religious zealots they can not negotiate, because religious in not up for negotiation.

Think about that

... and when people die for our nation, we used to take the land and make life better for the inhabitants. Iraq should become the 51st state in our nation. We can help the Iraqi's with economic development. We can have a very strategic place in the world for the protection of our nation as well as the world. We would solve the energy needs of the industrialized nations for many years to come. And one last thing, we won't be stranding our soldiers as the Congress and President seem to be doing. We should never die for nothing.

Absolutely. We have spent billions and billions more than he has in the terror war. We carried our people and put them in his back yard so he would not have to travel to kill more Americans. We have disrupted the outlying areas just as he had been doing but, we have escalated it for him. Osama has gotten America focused on the war on terror in Iraq and we are not even protecting our borders. Whose to say how many al Qaeda terrorists have slipped in since 9/11?

Sadly it would seem so. I would want to separate the Afghan cause and the Dictator Dumbya Big Lie Iraqi Crusade as to the degree of their folly, but NOTHING Dictator Dumbya has EVER done in his life has been anything BUT FOOBAR.

Iraqis are dying too.
Billions of dollars, which could be spent on education and other important things, are wasted.
The Iraqis didn't even do 911! Saddam Hussein is dead. Shouldn't we pull out?

BTW: You wouldn't happen to be Mary Butcher, would you?

1 - No.

2 - Naw, wouldn't fit in his cave.

Not that any of this is relevant, mind you, but I thought you deserved an "answer" since you asked a "question".
