I used to be addicted to narcotics. Thank God I am now a recovering drug addict with 10 years clean. I didn't like the woman I had become so.... I left that lifestyle alone.
I was also addicted (believe it or not) to cigarettes for 32 years. My quit date was April 16,2007 and I haven't smoked a square since. Addictions are never easy to overcome... at least not the real ones. I believe the denial that you have a problem is what keeps us sick. Some sicker than others.
I am going to star your question because with all the bulls*** I see on here it is refreshing to see a question that is humorous to many and deadly to some. I appreciate all the answers... although I am so over my vices... I could still compulse on the sweets! Oooop! Did I say that?
