I'm not sure if I should buy a 64 bit processor computer since a lot of applications aren't compatible with it. But the future will be using a 64 bit computers, so is it worth the waiting for the future to buy it or should I just stick with the 32 bits?

You will find that most processors today are 32/64 bits, meaning they can run both Windows 32bit and 64bit.
The AMD and Intel range had been support both for years, so just ask for one that supports both to use 32bit now and option to upgrade to 64bit Windows later
