I will chose the Pacific Northwest. We have low humidity here, there fore our summers are more comfortable. Humidity really gets me down. When it rains in summer you can still sleep at night and it does cool things down , not just make it muggy. Our days are really longer in summer because the sun is up north. Our winter nights are longer because the sun is down south below the Equator. Up here we have 4 seasons and I like that. We usually have a few hot days then we cool down for a while. In Sacramento where I lived for 34 years, the winters were short, summer started in February and ended in October or November.
For these reasons I choose NORTH !!!
