I Think They Shold Be Able To Wear Skirts Cuz Duh They Wear Like 2 Things Under It And Plus Like 3 Bra's I Know A Lot Of Kids Watch It ,But Its Not Like They Go Down The Street And Dont See Any Women Or Young Ladies Dress A Little Mature.

Underwear is much worse the skirts show the underwear anyway so they are both bad.
