I don't recommend using Nair or other depilation creams, they can irritate the delicate scrotal skin. You can shave down there, or get it waxed, if you choose to get it waxed, have it done professionally at a salon, don't attempt to do it yourself. If you shave, use warm water and shaving lotion with a clean straight edged blade. Use a non-scented lotion after you shave, to reduce itching down there.

No. Just learn to live with the hair. All adult guys have it, and it's not anything you need to worry about. Those creams are not meant to be used in sensitive places and will burn your skin to an extent you would not like to even imagine, much less experience. Just keep the hair.
