No one can say what will the babies look like, just like human's, fishes too have a lot of set of genes, but the following links will be able to guide you and understand more about breeding goldfishes:

When they hatch, they won't have that much color, but when you first notice the color starting (in about 7 days) they will be brown and stay that color for up to a year. The gold is a dominant color over brown, so depending on the genetics of the parents, you may end up with ones that are mostly gold, but probably at least some orange, and maybe even ones that stay brown their entire lives. Without knowing what your fishs' parents looked like it will be impossible to predict this with any accuracy.

And don't be surprised if the goldfish change colors more than one time - goldfish are known for a change from brown to gold/orange, showing black streaks or parches (this is usually from an ammonia burn), becoming brighter colored in better lighting (outdoors in a pond), and becoming paler in color (around 2 weeks after being brought indoors, with age, being fed an improper diet, when lights are off at night, or when stressed). If a goldfish becomes pale or dull for any reason in a fairly short time, it's a sign that something is seriously wrong. You should do a water test (or change) and be on the lookout for signs of disease or parasites to figure out why the change occurred.

Goldfish can be any color.

Not necessarily the same color as the parents...
