why are your children in care you mustn't have followed the right procedures as a mother otherwise this question would not be here any party who has a legal obligation to your children will have signed it

It is the responsiblity of the custodial parent or guardian. If you and the father of your children are divorced and he has custody, he would have every right to select a daycare without your consent.

You may rise objections and file motions through your lawyer if you feel your children are in an unsafe enviroment.

it is a very good idea to have all parties sign any kind of care plan/contract that way all knows what to expect and there are no discrepancies(not sure if spelled right). also a good idea because if something were to happen you can refer to the care plan/contract .

I think just one of the parents with parental responsibility and Social Services have to sign, but I'm not absolutely sure.
