I think becoming a vegetarian is a decision that is considered deeply and not on a whim... I have been a vegetarian for 27 years and I chose to become a vege for many ethical reasons as well as I don't like the taste and the feel and the smell of meat. One day i decided to tell my mum and she was great about it. She helped me to provide healthy meals which consisted of all the right vitamins and proteins. We bought a book and looked up all the rights and wrongs of becoming a vege.I am the only vege in my family and I chose to become a vege through my own self will.

Well I don't eat that much meat anyway. I like steaks and that's about it. I'm not a chicken fan or a pork fan. So I could easily be a vegetarian. I just like to eat meat once in a while.

I was a vegetarian for 12 years. When I was 10, I felt sorry for the animals. That pity only lasted 12 years, I have since started eating meat again. Steak, with a jacket potato and onion rings topped with Tabasco, now I'm hungry!!!

I'm a vegetarian... it is part of my religion- but i think that even if i didnt follow that religion, i would still be a vegetarian- and would only eat meat if i HAD to.
i think it's wrong, but have nothing against people who eat meat.

I have been a vegetarian for many years and i really don't miss eating meat. There are so many other things to eat apart from vegetables. But i do drink milk and eat cheese since no animals are killed for it.

there was a news article in the Bangor daily news about two vegetarian parents that are going to jail for life for starving there newborn son. "They were just feeding him what they thought was right"

vegetarian diets are the most foolish concept to enter the human brain. our bodies are designed to eat meat and parts of our bodies start to shut down with out the variety and balance of proteans found in meat.
I would even go so far as to say that vegetarians suffer from a form of mental illness that is causing them to self harm!!
