What can i do to see my son i need to know what forms i need to file for visition?

I suggest that you petition the court for a hearing at the clerks office that decided who has primary custody of your son. If you pay child support and are current, you can use that as parental rights to visitation. I would try to do this without using a lawyer at first to see if it gets nasty, if it does get a lawyer and allow the lawyer to handle it for you.

but your son may hae to add your name to the visiting list
