It's by Yaz (an 80's band with Alison Moyet) and the song is called, "Only You". I loved Yaz! When I first heard that commercial I got goose bumps!

It was originally written and performed by YAZ, titled "Only You" from their album "Upstars at Eric's".

The one from the commercial is performed by Joshua Radin and is on his cd.
