now it the time of year that new GRADUATES apply and are hired to the medical fields.

What do you feel is the most important things for graduates to know, to be able to have a good learning environment and best possible transition from school to real world?

i work in a hospital so.....i was just wondering how other medical personal handle this kinda situations

no most units dont want to burn u out so its usually 40 or less just like everyone else

Honey, I'm a Registered Nurse. Find a mentor, someone you like and trust. Attach yourself to this person as much as possible.
When I graduated, I HATED giving shots. I followed about 10 nurses, till I found one whose technique I liked. Suddenly I could give painless shots.
