My parents just locked me out of my room, and I need some help- How do I unlock my door? I've heard of the whole pick and torque thing but I don't really understand how to do it. I need simple instructions and household tools I can use. I really want to get in my room! Please help me.

This is what i do to get in my brothers room.

OK on the right or left of the door.(which ever side the knob is on) you will notice a long thin piece of wood in the middle of the whole side. You have to take a knife and stick it in there than push to the left or right to losen the wood. Once it is sticking out you have to stick the knives's blade in and hit the the little metal thing that it to the left of the knob.

It may take a few trys but you would hear a click and the door will open.

Surely you've seen it on TV dozens of times. Just stick a paper clip or hair pin in there and jiggle it around and wahla...the door opens .....

Don't mean your parents just left to go to the store, and you want to break into their room?

You must have done something very bad... deal with that first before busting into your room. Or your parents will get even madder at you and send you away? Why not just be a good boy/girl?
