The Cowboys, in my opinion, can't be the biggest rivalry with anyone in the NFL because the Giants, Redskins and Eagles all basically consider them to be their biggest rivals. They might be the most hated team in the league, and the best overall rivalries with multiple teams, but not an individual rivalry.
The Bears & Packers are the biggest rivalry in the NFL. They have been playing each other forever as two of the oldest teams in the NFL. And a 15-1 season for either team would be incomplete if the loss was to the other. I don't see how there could be a better rivalry in the NFL.

someone said this already and i agree. you have to look back in time and also look at the present time. Steelers and anyone in their division because the browns have always hated them, the ravens are becoming their newest rival and the carson palmer already said that he hated the steelers twice because of them injuring him and keeping them from going to the playoffs. the redskins-cowboys and packers-bear are also big rivals, but today, they dont play with hate any more. the colts-pats are a new rivalry if you even call it a rivalry. they barely play each other and that cant be called a rivalry.

All-Time is the Bears and Packers.
Currently, the biggest rivals are the Colts and the Patriots. There is so much fuss and media attention around these two teams when they play. They are starting to play prime time games with each other more often, including this coming season. It's all about the Manning-Brady. I'm also a Colts fan so PATS SUCK

I think the biggest rivalry in today NFL is the Pittsburgh Steelers and the Baltimore Ravens. They are both evenly matched teams with two great defenses. Both teams hate each other equally. When the Steelers play the Ravens you may not know who going to win but you know its going to be a hard hitting, low scoring, grinding out game just like how football was supposed to be played.

That has to be the Bears and Packers. These two teams have been around since the beginning of professional football and have always been hated rivals.

Pats and the Colts are the biggest rivals in the NFL because they always play everyone once in the regular season and once in the playoffs and they are the best teams in the AFC and the NFL. They both have the offense and the best quarterbacks.
