I also like how girls that age would lift their skirts up to hide their faces if they were shy. Why can't women still do that?

What would compel a guy to respond in any form of aggressive way to a person he likes? Do you have bullying tendencies?
If you mean this in a playful kind of way, my apologies. But it sounds like you need some tips in the respect for others department if your ability to cope with your own emotionalism and your social skills have not evolved since second grade.
Getting close enough to a female to pull her hair when she isn't tugging at your hair or hasn't invited you into her personal space would be disgusting behavior.

don't listen to "pinch her booty" cause that's considered an assault nowadays. You'd better not pull any hair either because so many girls/women wear hair extensions to make their hair look thicker....you might get a handful of hair that cost her a couple hundred dollars.
