yeh i like the music channels better but couldnt just listen to songs all day so i watch the soaps but i do like documentaries on strange medical things

Well, I LIKED music channels, like when MTV FIRST started (a brazillion years ago in 1981-2) they ONLY showed one video after another. And they also had this cool show that I miss dearly called, "120 Minutes" that showed all of the 80's *indie bands* of the day (lots of The Cure, Duran Duran, Psychedelic Furs, etc.) I hate the new MTV. I'm getting old, I just can't relate to it. Too many reality shows. So now I just go for documentaries on A&E or there's this great documentary on A&E on Friday nights called, "Intervention." Love it.

I like to watch Much Music,but I would prefer to watch a good documentary.

MTV = Brain dead
They hardly play music and the documentaries tend to be "My Super Sweet 16"
Therefor Rockumentaries.

Music channels are just noisy wallpaper to me. I don't think they can be compared. Documentaries are supposed to tell you something...music channels aren't.
