It's always been my habit, the way I was brought up and a sheer pleasure. But now with the global water shortage. I'm beginning to opt for just a wash every second day and keep the showers for cleaning activities rather than for other things like soaking and singing. We all have sacrifices to make, big or small.

You need to keep all your bits clean every day - and a shower is so quick (or leisurely as you wish) and refreshing. Why wouldn't you want to do that? How can you put clean clothes on an unwashed body? Don't you want to feel confident that you are clean and pleasant-smelling when you're among people?

shower or a quick wash every day is ok .a bath is good once a week .

I'm aspergic and when I'm off work I forget. It goes completely out of my head as a shower is part of my getting-ready-for-work routine. Fortunately, I rarely have more than one day a week off.

If you live in a hot, humid climate like I do, yes... even twice day. If not, and if you are not outside a lot, then no... you probably can go every other day.

people say that its nasty to not shower every day but its really very unhealthy it kills your hair you can still take a shower every day if you were a hair cap... good luck don`t go to long without one though. HA. ha ha LOL.............
